Therapy offers a space to slow things down and help you make sense of your difficulties. As a therapist, I am committed to building a trusting, supportive relationship where you feel safe and listened to.

How I work

At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship. I aim to offer a space that feels safe, supportive, and non-judgemental, where you can speak openly and feel heard and understood.

We will work together at a pace that feels right for you, guided by your needs and what matters most in your life.

My approach is flexible and tailored to you. I draw on evidence-based therapies, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), compassion-focused therapy (CFT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), to support you in understanding your experiences and moving towards what matters to you.

Who I work with

I currently offer online therapy for adults (18+).
I support individuals and couples with a range of difficulties, such as:

  • Anxiety

  • Low mood or depression

  • Stress or burnout

  • Low self-esteem

  • Trauma

  • Intrusive thoughts or OCD

  • Relationship challenges

  • Bereavement or loss

I also support people with neurodiversity-related challenges (ADHD and autism), in a way that recognises and works with your individual strengths and differences (I do not offer diagnostic assessments at this time).

Please note that Embodied Mind Practice is not a crisis service and may not be the most appropriate support if you are in need of urgent or immediate help.

If you need urgent support in the UK, the following services are available:

  • 📞 Samaritans (UK): 116 123 – free, 24/7 listening support

  • 💬 Shout – text SHOUT to 85258 for confidential text support

  • 📞 NHS 111 – urgent mental health help via phone

  • 🚨 Emergency services: 999

If you are based elsewhere, please contact your local emergency services, nearest emergency department, or a crisis helpline in your country.

Fees

Individual sessions are 50 minutes and cost £120.
Couple's therapy sessions are 50 minutes and cost £130.

I do not currently accept insurance.

Sessions are typically held weekly to maintain momentum, though there is flexibility depending on your needs, and we can think this through together.

Before starting, I offer a free 15-minute consultation so you can ask any questions and get a sense of how it might feel to work together.

Beach And Ocean

Getting started

Taking the step to reach out and begin therapy can feel daunting, especially if you’re not sure where to start. This is something we can explore together in a free 15-minute consultation.

This initial consultation offers a space to briefly talk through what’s been going on for you, and to see whether it feels like the right fit — both in terms of the support you’re looking for and how we might work together. There’s no obligation to continue, and you’re free to take things at your own pace.
