About me
I completed my doctoral training in Clinical Psychology in the UK at the University of Edinburgh. I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
I have experience working across a range of NHS and private mental health services in the UK, supporting adults with a variety of emotional and psychological difficulties. This has included working with people experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, OCD, trauma, and neurodevelopmental differences such as ADHD and autism. I also have significant experience supporting children, young people, and families navigating behavioural and parenting challenges, as well as conducting neurodevelopmental assessments for ADHD & autism.
My background in Clinical Psychology has trained me to draw on a range of evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), compassion-focused therapy (CFT), and trauma-informed approaches. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all way of working, which is why I tailor my approach to each person — recognising that even when people are facing similar difficulties, what feels most helpful can be different.
I aim to offer a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and able to talk openly about your difficulties. My approach is always shaped around your individual needs and what matters most to you.
